Service level agreements are sometimes looked at as a negative but here at AUH we believe that working to contracted resolution times can only be a beneficial arrangement. We work to resolution timescales rather than the industry standard response timescales and we believe that this sets us apart giving you real information and an accurate indication of how long an issue will take to be resolved
